Equipment Description:

NAPCO Automated Arm-Style Return Type Machine (RTM) for Nickel/Chrome Application - This RTM is an inline "Dwell Type" Plating Machine arranged in a continuous loop with carrier arms supporting the work. The mechanism lifts, indexes, and lowers the work through the process tanks, returning it to the same place that it was loaded. Machine production and control is accomplished via a programmable logic controller (PLC).

Production Rate: productin rate is based on approx 62 carrier arms per hour. Each arm will support 2 racks for a production rate of 124 racks per hour (this can be modified slightly by adjusting dwell times, current cycle is 112 racks per hour).
